We found your company through a search egine and were impressed with what we saw so we went to your sister company showrooms where the salesman was very helpfull and not pushy like in many showrooms. When we returned home my wife phone you and ordered the Sofa and Armchair that we liked. Paul took the Order and confirmed the order and reciept was sent by email within 15 minutes and a date was set for delivery, Within 14 days not like most sofa suppliers 6 weeks plus. We got a phone call from Paul who asked if it would be possible to deliver on Saturday WOW 3days. We received a phone call on the saturday from the delivery guys telling us exactly what time they would arrive, And true to their word bang on time. Sofas got delivered on the same day that was promised. It came bit late. But all our wait was worth it as Sofa is amazingly so good .... It is so comfortable and excellent leather. Easy to clean and maintain. The power reclining is so good that my hubby sometimes sleeps in the sofa when he does a call out (IT consultant) in the night. People who delivered sofa was so efficient and had been so friendly and sofa was all set within 20 minutes ... so far so good. It comes with warranty and I have trust that they will deal it efficiently when such situation arises.

We bought an electric reclining sofa about a year ago and we're still very happy it. The guys delivering the sofa carried it to the living room and assembled it for us and even helped with cleaning up all the packaging afterwards. It was raining, but they covered the sofa in plastic so it doesn't get wet. The sofa has a few scratch marks by now from our cat, but we've had no problems with the reclining mechanism. Rynier

I write to thank you for your prompt and on date delivery. As our order was just pre Christmas, we weren't holding our breath but you came through.Both myself and my wife are extremely pleased with the quality of the leather and the motors which are as smooth an any we tried. They seem to incline further than others we looked at and my chair is fantastic, and does get a lot of use. Your delivery guys were polite and helpful,assembling the chair and sofa, then connecting to my electric points and taking away all the packaging, which i might add was a hell of a lot, no leaving damage in transit there was there. The 100% all round same quality leather is nice, unlike cheaper versions which have backs of chairs and sofas in patched, inferior quality leather. The leather is as supple as you described and even after sitting on it for some time, the seats return to its original firm look without being a hard cushion. Easily wiped clean but we also use a leather feed as advised. All in all, a very pleased customer and look forward to dealing with you in future when required.

Before ordering our sofa from just4sofas we spent several months looking around furniture stores and getting very frustrated with the poor service and aggressive sales pitch. It was delivered personally by company staff not delivery drivers and was delivered to exactly where we wanted it in the house. You can't fault the service and the sofa is great! As I was passing the London sales room which have them on display, I popped in and was delighted to find that they came up to full expectations and great value. The purchase was done on the web site, and I was contacted quickly to give me a delivery date. I was kept fully informed and they even phoned to say they were 30 minutes away. I ordered a three and two seater Nevada from Just 4 Sofas through their Internet site. They informed me that it would be delivered within two weeks which I was amazed at (they actually turned up in 10 days). Installing the sofas was done quickly and with no hassle even though they had to split the three seater apart as it would not fit through the doors! The delivery guys were polite and helpful and made the whole experience very easy.
